Amex & Red Dot Payment Support Merchants Digital Initiatives During Covid-19

Traditional brick-and-mortar businesses in Singapore have been severely affected by the Covid-19 restrictions on public movement.
With restaurants unable to seat dine-in clientèle and some shopfronts having to shutter, business owners have had to seek out new ways to maintain operations and revenues.

Red Dot Payment (RDP) has two solutions to help their merchants start their digital payment journeys with ease – InstanCollect and InstanPay. We are proud to be working with American Express to explore the roll-out of these solutions to their merchants in Singapore.

InstanCollect allows merchants to send unique payment requests via email or SMS to their customers. The customers need to merely click on a link to open a secure webpage to complete payment with their Amex cards.

InstanPay is a self-service microsite solution where merchants can list their goods and services, take in customer details and accept Amex card payments online.

Both InstanCollect and InstanPay do not require any web development or technical integration – a no-mess, no-fuss process to kickstart a path to rejuvenate business and meet customer needs.

Both Amex and RDP are ready to help businesses begin their retail transformation. Please reach to RDP via sales@reddotpay.com or call 6816 0963 for more information.
