With work experience in top Fortune 500 Multi-National Corporations, Randy has extensive experience across the financial, payment processing, and retail industries. His corporate restricting skill and business acumen have led him to be a forerunner in the global payment market, including credit and debit cards payment services.
Before Red Dot Payment, Randy was Director of Consulting Service in Visa Inc, where he was in charge of all advisory services in the Indochina region and the Philippines, streamlining banks’ businesses and improving efficiency, leading to higher profits. Randy received a scholarship from Singapore Management University and North Carolina University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Finance (cum laude).

A commercial executive with hybrid CFO/COO experience, David blends Big 4 CA training with proven capacity for leading in ambiguous environments requiring rapid decision-making skills. David partners with founders and CEOs to establish the strategic, financial, and operational fundamentals critical to moving a business through commercialisation, from start-up to scale, growth, and expansion.
With over 15 years of financial management and corporate finance experience, David understands capital raising, M&A, tax, and R&D considerations across the organisational lifecycle. He also brings deep experience in commercial leadership spanning go-to-market (GTM) planning, partnerships, and customer and supplier negotiations. As a CA with prior company secretarial experience in a listed company, David ensures financial integrity and governance while remaining highly agile, adjusting to dynamic conditions.
Previous successes include redefining Mint Payment’s (formerly ASX:MNW) core value proposition around its payment platform and transitioning from a white-label to a direct-to-consumer business. In addition, David played a key role in shaping the trajectory of growth for Virgin Money.

Alfred is a senior IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and payment industry. He has taken on leading roles in IT strategies, digital transformation, architecture, change-the-bank, and run-the-bank functions.
Prior to joining Red Dot Payment, Alfred was leading enterprise architecture transformation journeys in companies such as DBS and Singtel. He was the Head of Enterprise Architecture in NTUC Link, where he spearheaded the digital transformation engagements with NTUC Social Enterprises, developed the architecture framework for data management platform, and established architecture patterns for cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Alfred has taken up various senior technology roles in his career, such as SVP of Technology in NETS where he headed up the Enterprise Architecture function and managed the NETSPay programme, and as Head of Information Services and Director of Enterprise Architecture in CIMB Bank Berhad Singapore, where he led the solutioning, implementation, and support of key business applications in the bank.
Earlier in his career, he led teams in developing applications in Barclays Capital and in various banking product companies.
