16 Sep Behind The Scenes – Red Dot Thailand’s Dynamic Sales Crew
Red Dot Thailand (RDT) recently participated in Internet Retailing EXPO (IRX) ASEAN 2017 held at Bangkok’s IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Centre from 14-16 September 2017.
Preparations for the event got going a few months prior and the RDT team went all out – from new banners and brochures to planning gifts for guests at our booth.
The event targeted retailers keen on e-commerce and we had interested parties from various countries and retail segments come talk to us about venturing into Thailand’s enticing online market.
“It’s the first time Red Dot Thailand held a booth for the retail industry, so it was definitely a good experience to have, on top of introducing our payment solutions and brand”, said RDT Business Manager Kornveena Chatchawalworapong.
Kornveena also had the opportunity to present at the convention where she spoke on how to “Grow Your Business in the Smart Nation Age”, covering current trends and potential for e-commerce growth in Thailand and the region.
“While this event gave us an insight of how wide the retail sector is, we are also thinking it would be good for us to go for a more specific industry to promote our payment services there”, Kornveena added.
RDT now looks forward to reaching out to the many leads gathered and connections made, the start of many fruitful business relationships.
