Randy is the Founder of Red Dot Payment Pte Ltd (“RDP”). He has extensive experience across the financial, payment processing and retail industries. Having worked for top Fortune 500 Multi-National Corporations, he has a record of establishing sound businesses across Asia Pacific, and breaking new ground. To date, his corporate restructuring skill and business acumen has led him to be a forerunner in the global payment market, including the credit and debit cards payment services.
His last position before setting up Red Dot Payment in Singapore, was Director of Consulting Service in Visa Inc., where he was in-charge of all advisory service in the IndoChina region and the Philippines. There he spearheaded several projects across countries to streamline banks’ businesses, improving efficiency hence productivity, leading to higher profits.
Randy Tan received a scholarship from Singapore Management University and North Carolina State University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Finance (cum laude).
See Onn has more than 25 years of hands-on and leadership experience across multiple finance, project management and general management disciplines. He has worked in Arthur Andersen as an auditor, SAP as a Controller, Asia and for 18 years in Visa as Finance Director, Head of Tax and Controller for Asia Pacific and Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. In Visa, he was part of the global team that prepared Visa Inc to go public listed. Subsequent to listing, he spear-headed Visa Asia Pacific’s initiatives in restructuring client contracts and corporate legal organization.
Prior to joining Red Dot Payment in Oct 2014, See Onn experimented with entrepreneurship by starting a joint venture company in Singapore to provide hotel booking services.
See Onn is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a Certified Public Accountant (Australia). He graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree from the National University of Singapore.
David brings to us over 15 years of finance and commercial experience, this includes a Big 4 background with a proven ability to lead businesses through the cycle of change from start-up flux to efficient, scalable and sustainable operations.
David has worked in Virgin Money as the financial controller and implemented best practices which shaped the trajectory of Virgin Money from start-up to growth. Prior to joining Red Dot Payment, David was the CFO, COO and Company Secretary at Mint Payments, an Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) listed business. At Mint Payments, he worked closely with the CEO and Board to define the strategic vision and execution through a period of significant change. This included redefining Mint Payments around its payment platform, transitioning the fintech from a white label to a direct-to-consumer business.
David is an accounting and economics graduate of The University of New South Wales. He is also a member of The Commanderie de Bordeaux Australian Chapter.
Wai Kiat holds extensive technical knowledge and skills with a demonstrated history of more than 17 years of experience working in the financial services industry.
Wai Kiat brings together his strong technical and management skills to successfully implement innovative and efficient solutions to propel the business to greater heights. Before joining Red Dot Payment, Wai Kiat worked in various financial institutions responsible for both international and domestic payments and clearing.
Wai Kiat graduated with a BASc in Information Technology from RMIT University.
Daniel has more than 18 years of first-hand regional experience in the industry and implements his knowledge of technology to overcome challenges and successfully improve efficiency within the organisation. Daniel has previously joined JPMorgan Chase as a Program Manager, BNP Paribas as the Regional Technology Head and in DBS Bank as the Executive Director. During his time in DBS, Daniel led the DBS Customer Management & Analytics Platform of Consumer Banking Group.
Daniel graduated with a BSC in Computer Science from University of Wales, Cardiff and holds a Master degree in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Anthony has held various positions in major international companies with a specialty in risk management and underwriting for more than 20 years, with companies such Payvision, FDMS (now Fiserv), NETS and UOB.
His dedication, passion and leadership qualities are qualities which resonates with his current role.
Prior to joining Red Dot Payment, Anthony was managing the APAC offices for Payvision.
With over 15 years of experience working in international law firms situated in New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong, Paul uses his profound knowledge and experience on corporate law to provide advice and guidance to organisations. Previously, Paul has worked at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, White & Case LLP, Clifford Chance LLP and was an Of Counsel at Jones Day prior to joining Red Dot Payment.
Paul holds a Bachelor Degree from Binghamton University, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation from New York University School of Law and obtained his Doctor of Law (JD) from St. John’s University School of Law.
