Can I find out more about a Red Dot Payment transaction on my bank statement?

Please provide us with the following details. We will check and get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Your name & contact number (so that we can reply your enquiry)
  • Transaction Amount & Currency
  • Date of transaction
  • The last 4 digits of your credit card number
  • Your account email address (for verification purposes)
I bought something from an online shop that uses Red Dot Payment as their payment gateway, but did not receive a confirmation email. How do I know if my transaction is successful?

Kindly refresh your e-mail inbox and check the spam/junk folder in your e-mail.

If there is still no confirmation e-mail after 15 minutes, please call us or contact us through our contact forms with the subject head as “Consumer Support”.

My bank statement shows a particular transaction on it, but I am certain that I did not make this purchase. What should I do?

You should call the bank (that issued your credit/debit card) and inform them that the purchase was not made by you. As it could be a fraudulent charge in such cases, you are strongly advised to consult with your bank & raise a chargeback.

I would like a refund on a particular transaction. What should I do?

Please contact the merchant/seller directly to request for a refund & provide them with these transaction details:

  • Transaction amount & currency
  • Date of transaction
  • The last 4 digits of your credit card number
  • Your account email address
I do not see a refund to my credit card after I requested from the merchant for one?

Do allow 30 working days for the bank to process and the refund to be reflected on your bank statement. For confirmation, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.

Why did I receive an email stating a refund was made back to me? Why was my order cancelled?

Red Dot Payment only provides online payment services to our merchants. All orders and delivery confirmations are handled by merchants themselves.

The merchant might have made a refund to you due to various reasons (e.g. Out of stock). For any enquiries about your order, please contact the merchant/seller directly.
